Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours by First Class mail and delivery usually then takes 3–5 working days. 
 
We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some simple tips on how to search, browse and purchase. We hope you enjoy your visit!

Searching 
The easiest way to find what you're looking for is to search for it. The ‘Search’ box is on the left of every page, at the top, below the orange navigation bar. 
Simply type the title of what you are looking for into the box and click ‘Search’. If you don’t find what you want straight away, here are a few tips: 
 
Keep it simple 
Best results are often obtained if you enter just one or two key words from the title of a game. Try using the least common words. (Don’t use words like ‘the’, ‘and’, ‘a’, etc. which will produce many results.)  
 
Don’t worry about punctuation 
Adding punctuation is not necessary when searching. The ZoneMaster search engine will reveal the same results ‘proper punctuation’ or not.  
 
Browsing 
Searching is not the only way to find what you’re looking for – browsing the site is also an option. The main areas of the site are shown on the left of every page in the navigation bar; simply click the tabs to move between different product areas. 
‘Notify me’ 
If a product is listed but the supplier has not yet provided us with the release date or price, you can choose the ‘Notify me’ service. 
For these products you simply enter your email address on the product description page and click ‘Notify me’. We will then email you as soon as the item becomes available to pre-order. 
 
Purchasing 
Making a purchase at ZoneMaster is easy and secure. 
 
Choosing an item 
When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Buy’ button. The item will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’ this is found on the left of the page, below the ‘Search’ box.  
 
Paying for your item 
When you are ready to buy, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Shopping Basket.  
 
Creating an account 
The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name, address and credit/debit card details. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure.  
 
Confirming your item and payment 
During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase (remember, at ZoneMaster postage and packing is always completely free!). Once you have checked these details and clicked ‘Confirm’ you will have completed your purchase.  
 
Technical support 
We are unable to provide technical support or advice regarding the functionality or use of any item purchased on ZoneMaster and would also advise that you contact the product manufacturer directly for this. 
 
ZoneMaster delivery policy 
 
Free UK delivery 
Our FREE UK delivery (including the Channel Islands) for all products from ZoneMaster usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting. 
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from delivery before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. 
ZoneMaster returns policy 
Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item.

Returns authorisation 
Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by clicking the 'I would like to return an item' link below. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number. 
 
 
Packing the item 
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return. 
 
Replacement or refund 
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card. 
 
Returning an unwanted item 
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. 
 
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.  
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. 
 
Please follow our returns procedure as explained above. 
How we test returned items 
We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage.  
We advise you to check any video game on a second machine carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
